Land Clearing & Tractor Work in Central Florida
We work across four counties on Florida's east-central coast: Volusia, Seminole, Brevard, and Flagler. From the rural west sides to the coastal east, we handle land clearing, brush mowing, forestry mulching, and lot prep with a tractor and the right attachment for the job.
What clearing land in Central Florida looks like
Central Florida is sandy soil, palmettos, scrub oaks, Brazilian pepper, and the occasional mature pine or live oak. Most undeveloped land here looks the same: a thick understory of palmettos with scattered small trees, sometimes a thicker wooded canopy in the wetter low areas, and grass-and-weed fields where the original pine flatwoods got logged and never came back. Whatever you have, we've probably worked something like it within a few miles.
The work also varies by county. Volusia is a mix of dense coastal towns and big rural acreage on the west side. Seminole is more developed and suburban, with smaller lots and higher property values. Brevard is long and narrow, with Space Coast new-construction demand on the east and rural ranching on the west. Flagler is dominated by Palm Coast, a city built on a grid of mostly undeveloped wooded lots that owner-builders are slowly building out one at a time.

What we do across all four counties
Eight services, all done with a tractor and the right attachment. The big ones for most Central Florida property owners: land clearing for overgrown lots, brush mowing for tall grass and weeds, forestry mulching for wooded land you want cleared without burning, and lot clearing for new construction. We also handle fence lines, pasture maintenance, overgrown property cleanup (including code enforcement letters), and small tree and stump removal.
